Mô tả công việc
1. Support users:
Receiving support requests directly from users, via emails or hotlines, logging tickets to the ServiceDesk system, and confirming the reception of requests to users in a timely manner.
By oneself or together with the team, analyzing the issues, proposing solutions and implementing them in accordance with guidelines for common IT tasks. Main areas of support include PCs (hardware/software/connectivity), LAN cabling, Wireless, printers, scanners, photocopying machines, projectors and other IT devices.
Maintaining/Upgrading PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) and other IT devices for current users when requested.
Understanding IT Storage/Warehouse organizing. Ability to manage and maintain IT assets, IT accessories....
Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
Completing other technical tasks assigned by IT Supervisor/Manager and the Management.
2. Network/System Administration:
Management and operation of IT infrastructure (switch, router, server, video conference, etc...)
Monitoring system performance and making appropriate adjustments.
Manage all backup and restore systems.
Handle and troubleshoot the system when it is generated, ensuring the shortest recovery time.
Archive data of departments / offices, periodic cleaning of junk files

Yêu cầu công việc
Good time and task management skills, critical thinking skills, being able to work both independently and teamwork.
Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices’ hardware/software/connectivity, including Windows/Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues;
Have experience working on any Helpdesk or similar systems (example: ServiceNow, JIRA, ...);
Having knowledge of MS Office 365, Microsoft 365, AD Azure, and virtualize system.
Have experience of tools like Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to write reports and analyze it.
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
Strong knowledge of network and server operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of security protocols and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
