Mô tả công việc

1. Build and manage the Sewing organization

Xây dựng và quản lý bộ máy tổ chức may

2. Plan and allocate resources in the Blocks in a way to achieve line and resource balancing

Lập kế hoạch và điều phối nguồn lực trong Block theo đúng cách và cân bằng chuyền

3. Manage all orders and ensure on time delivery of garments with expected quality

Quản lý tất cả đơn hàng và đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn theo đúng chất lượng yêu cầu

4. Track performance indicator of each Unit and implement necessary action to achieve targets

Chỉ rõ cách thức thực hiện của từng đơn vị và bổ sung hoạt động cần thiết nhằm đạt được mục tiêu

5. Decide on the best method for sewing and finishing and provide technical advice when required

Quyết định phương pháp tốt nhất cho việc may mặc và hoàn thiện và tư vấn kỹ thuật khi được yêu cầu

6. Design and / or drive implementation of policies and system procedures for continuous improvement

Thiết kế và thực hiện những chính sách và quy trình hệ thống nhằm cải tiến liên tục

7. Compile reports for management reference

Làm báo cáo trình quản lý

8. Manage departmental budget and expenses

Quản lý ngân sách và chi phí phòng

9. Complete other requests as assign by manager.

Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý

Yêu cầu công việc

• Over 5 years experience in garment manufacturing; of which 2 years at supervisory level/ Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất may mặc; trong đó 2 năm ở vị trí giám sát may

• Knowledge of whole garment manufacturing operations/ Có đủ kiến thức về các hoạt động may mặc

• Familiar with linear system, UPS system/ quen hệ thống chuyền và UPS

• Good English communication is an advantage/ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế

• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio./ kỹ năng máy tính; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Visio
