Mô tả công việc
- Provision of all relevant information in the SAP EPPM tool for the preparation of a project decision by the management as part of the "PLC Process in close collaboration with the involved departments such as Global Product Management, Sales, R&D, SCM, GP, GIE.
- Monitoring and active management of PLC project progress, ensuring complete project documentation in the SAP EPPM tool.
- Development of price and marketing strategies to achieve the set commercial targets in close cooperation with Sales, Controlling and Global Product Management.
- Definition and management of all market launch related activities as defined in the “market launch checklist” in collaboration with global Product Management.
- Planning and implementation of marketing measures for the market launch of new products, including a suitable packaging and labeling strategy.
- Identification and initiation of sales training related to the launch of new products in collaboration with Global Product Management.
- Initiation and control of all internal and external communication for the responsible product portfolio (e.g., infoline, sales and customer information, presentations, etc.) in line with Global guidelines.
- Commercial monitoring of the assigned product portfolio regarding sales and margin development.
- Maintenance of the product database for the responsible, regional product portfolio as well as all product-related documentation, data sheets, assortment lists, etc.
- Analysis of competitiveness: identification, monitoring, and assessment of market competition.
- Review of the effectiveness of implemented marketing activities using appropriate key performance indicators.
- Close collaboration with Global product management regarding market-, competitor-, and customer analyses.
- Compilation, maintenance and preparation of product-related information, creation of sales supporting documents and presentations in close collaboration with Global Product Management.
- Sales support regarding all questions about our own and competitor's product ranges, including product and processing recommendations.
- Participation in Global Product Management Team Meetings.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Textile technology or business studies or comparable training in connection with professional experience in the textile industry.
- Several years of professional experience within the textile industry, ideally in the area of development.
- In-depth experience with the "Product Lifecycle Process"
- Successful implementation of "market launch" campaigns
- Very good intercultural communication skills.
- Experience working in multinational matrix organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English
