Mô tả công việc
- To provide first-line technical support and assistance to internal customers on all matters relating to IT.
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining and supporting workstations including operating system, applications software, laptops, printers and servers.
- Responsible for overall network maintenance and software deployment.
- Configure, monitor, maintain backup equipment and services.
- To take responsibility for IT documentation.
- Responsible for projects and duties assigned by IT Manager (based in China).

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2-3 years solid IT support experience in corporate support environment is must.
- College or University degree in Computer Science
- Good in English (written and oral) is must. Able to communicate in English with oversea IT staffs.
- Relevant IT certification is advantage such as MCSE, CCNA or etc..
