Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- ScanCom social compliance system: Maintaining the social compliance based on the requirements from labor laws, customer requirement.
- ScanCom social compliance management at ScanCom’s supply chain: Monitoring social compliance audits’ CAPA and support to suppliers.
- ScanCom sustainability: Responsible to coordinate and support the assigned and defined sustainability development projects over the stages of deployment, implementation, monitoring, measuring and reports over the programs and projects from ScanCom, Lars Larsen Group, customers and government.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND AUTHORITIES:
* SOCIAL COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Regularly review the integrated management system (IMS), social compliance system and sustainability system with recommendations for closing the system gaps. Ensure having sufficient and simplified policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and maintain the system both in hard and soft copies.
- Ensure up-to-date the compliance profile and tool-kits
- Arrange communication for the awareness on the management systems and tool-kits to team members and people at relevant functions.
- Ensure social compliance and business risks be escalated to management with proposal on solutions.
- Working with relevant functional people on root causes analysis and workable/practical CAPA (corrective action and preventive action) plan on request.
- Develop necessary social compliance and sustainability training materials and arrange the awareness to relevant people and management for both ScanCom and supply chain.
* SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT:
Responsible to coordinate and support the assigned and defined sustainability development projects over the stages of deployment, implementation, monitoring, measuring and reports over the programs and projects from ScanCom, Lars Larsen Group, customers and government.
Receiving Sustainability Development Projects/requirement from strategic customers and coordinate with related department as Maintenance, Production, QA, Purchasing, HR, Finance to implement and lead the sustainability projects as Co2 roadmap, SBTi, Energy saving, SSI, UNGC, Manufacturing 2030..etc and follow up sustainability reports with groups, customers, government.

• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 10 đến lớp 12 là 500.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
• Quà Tết âm lịch của Công ty 200.000 đồng/phần, quà công đoàn 150.000 đồng/phần
• Tiền thướng tháng lương thứ 13 vào dịp Tết âm lịch theo chính sách Công ty
• Được tham gia du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm
• Quà Trung thu cho các cháu nhỏ
• Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí
• Đoàn viên Công đoàn được hỗ trợ hiếu hỉ, nằm viện, ốm đau theo chính sách của Công đoàn
Yêu cầu công việc
* Must requirement:
- University degree above and major in related filed
- Having practical experience on ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SEDEX, BSCI, management system. Over 10 years in ESG and social compliance audit at management level
Having experience related to SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS as energy saving, Co2 reduction, Higg, or other project regarding sustainable development based on customers requirement
- Fluently in English
- Good Microsoft Office Application, especially Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge on the local laws & standards, international and customers’ standards
* Important requirement:
- Able to work independently and with team.
- Able to be a team player and good teamwork.
- Able to travel for business when needed.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to do analysis and root cause investigation.
- Good listening & communication, respect, long term career direction.
- Honest, kindness, open-mind, cooperation and responsibility in work.
- Professional and supportive in work within the organization and external parties.
