Mô tả công việc

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- Ensure an effective Chain of Custody (CoC) Compliance System at ScanCom Group in line with FSC Standard, EUTR law, Australian law, LACEY ACT, FLEGT, IWAY Forestry Standards, Clients’ wood origin requirements and SCVN’s CoC requirements.

- Manage and maintain up-to-date the wood traceability document system with the required wood traceability documents, standards, laws and necessary records in hard and soft copy at the designated drives and provide required wood traceability documents to the customers and the certify bodies by their requested timeline.

- Ensure an effective compliance system over the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) during the certification and annual assessment. Also ensure proper documents for the issuance of GRS transaction certificate (TC) from ScanCom to customers.

- Support team members in assigned tasks, programs and project of the department.

* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND AUTHORITIES:

* Main responsibility:

- Checking and maintaining the documents and records of wood origin and GRS for the ScanCom group.

- Working with relevant teams and customers to feed the demand of wood origin and GRS documents.

- Ensuring proper and adequate documents and records uploading to the customers' required platforms for the customers' compliant assessment purpose.

- Monitoring the wood origin and GRS compliance in ScanCom and at ScanCom Supply Chain and escalate the risks to department and top management.

- Cooperative with relevant departments, functions and operation on implementing, maintaining and reporting the wood traceability and GRS systems.

* AWARENESS

- Attend necessary internal/external trainings, workshops to enhance the knowledge and better handling plus maintaining the systems.

* RIGHTs

- Conduct wood traceability audit at ScanCom Vietnam (SCVN), at Branches of SCVN and all relevant SCVN’s suppliers within the supply chain with reccomendations for CAPA.

- Work and support SCVN’s suppliers within the supply chain in maintaining the compliance.

* OTHERs

- Responsible weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-quaterly and annually update and report to internal and external reporting requirements.

- Other tasks as per the instruction from department head and new direction from the company.

* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

* Internal:

- Be cooperative with responsible people from relevant departments: supply chain (PPM, PROC, Im-Ex), sales, KM, BOM, TD, warehouse, production planning and finance in implementing and maintaining the wood traceability compliance system.

* External:

- Cooperating with the people from relevant local authorities and stakeholders (Forest protection authority, FSC certify bodies, customers, customers’ authorized organizations) on the assessments and audits.

* Reporting:

- Superior: Wood Traceability Manager

• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 1 đến lớp 9 là 200.000 đồng/cháu/năm học

• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 10 đến lớp 12 là 500.000 đồng/cháu/năm học

• Quà Tết âm lịch của Công ty 200.000 đồng/phần, quà công đoàn 150.000 đồng/phần

• Tiền thướng tháng lương thứ 13 vào dịp Tết âm lịch theo chính sách Công ty

• Được tham gia du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm

• Quà Trung thu cho các cháu nhỏ

• Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí

• Đoàn viên Công đoàn được hỗ trợ hiếu hỉ, nằm viện, ốm đau theo chính sách của Công đoàn

Yêu cầu công việc

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: * Must requirement: - College/Bachelor Degree - Experience: Understanding FSC-CoC standards, EUTR…, local forestry laws and working on wood origin traceability at wood or similar industries from 2 years and above. * Important requirement: - Having good skill in Microsoft Office Applications (Good) - Able to understand English documents and communicate in English both at writing and verbal - Proactive, dynamic, time management, honest & responsible for work - Systematic & critical thinking/problem solving mindset/skill - Able to work independently, in teamwork, under pressure and in professional manner with internal and external people.
