* 20% Digital Content Creation - Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into various types of content for all digital platforms through the customer journey to generate leads. - Research and analyze brands, competitors & customer information to produce an improved quality of content. * 20% Partnership Management - Manage and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and constantly offer new ways to grow the relationship - Create a partnership framework for each partner we’re currently working with as well as a detailed action plan. * 30% Communication, Project Management & Report - Maintain a pipeline of priorities and provide weekly updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between internal and partner teams. - Responsible for planning and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement * 30% Execute Activations - Collaborate with Top Management and other relative departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Identifies and resolves issues and risks - Define project schedules, and technology solutions, finalize the process and monitor progress together with the internal team - Ensuring agreements signed are implemented and monitor progress and make adjustments
