Mô tả công việc

* Purpose of the position: Reporting to the R&D Manager, the Process R&D Optimization Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the data infrastructure and architecture. This includes creating data models, ensuring data integrity, optimizing data storage solutions, ensuring smooth system operations, and developing a part of systems on the Power Platform. Additionally, the Specialist will develop AI solutions to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities. * Main Responsibilities: - The Process R&D Optimization Specialist (DE, DA, AI) responsibilities are to: - Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Build and optimize ETL pipelines to process data from various sources. - Manage and maintain databases, ensuring high performance and security. - Analyze data to provide insights that enhance business decision-making. - Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and analysis results. - Support the development of predictive and classification models using machine learning techniques. - Integrate AI solutions into existing systems to optimize business processes. - Ensure data quality and comply with data security regulations. - Collaborate closely with related teams to understand and meet data requirements. - Update and maintain technical documentation for data-related projects and processes. - Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager * Scope of authorisation / decision making - The Data System and Visualization Specialist is authorized to design, develop, and implement data models and architecture, ensuring data integrity and optimizing storage solutions. They can make decisions about developing systems on the Power Platform and ensure smooth system operations. The specialist can also choose and implement visualization techniques using Power BI. Major strategic decisions, and significant changes require approval from the R&D Manager

* Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a science-based field (e.g., Data Science, Informatic Technology, Engineering, Business). * Competencies: (Core behaviors linked to Intersnack Values) - Thinking Responsibly - Acting entrepreneurially. - Growing Together * Functional Skill: - SQL (MySql, PostgreSQL) - Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Power BI, Fabric) - Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.) * Within the organization: - Manager R&D - VN Technical Manager - Global Quality Head - Operation Director - Various departments (Technical / Supply Chain / Operations / Maintenance / IT) - Key Stakeholders (Board members) * Outside the organization: - Vendor base - Stakeholders at associate companies
