Dynaplast management trainee program is a special development program for young people. It is designed to give participants base-in-class hands on training, and it will give you an excellence head start for your carrier in this organization.
* OPPORTUNITY:
- To get training and work for Dynaplast factories in Viet Nam and other countries (Indo, Thailand, Viet Nam, Singapore, Malaysia, China).
- To become a talented manager at Dynaplast
- To work in a professional, dynamic and creative environment.
- To become a full time employee in a growing and thriving organization.
- Opportunities are internally assigned in all Dynaplast factories in Viet Nam (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Nghe An, Bac Ninh)
JOB
- To attend apprentice program at Head Office training centre in Indonesia for 3 months. The training program will be shared detail in interview session
- To join factories tour at some of big factories in Indonesia
- To be trained about teamwork skills, presentation skills, leadership skill and others
- To work as management trainee in Production Dept/ Maintenance Dept with Coaching from HOD.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Working 08:00 - 17:00 from Mon to Fri( 5 days/ week, off Sat and Sun)
- 14 Annual Leave per year

- 13th month salay, performance bonus at year end
- Working place : No 20, 8th Street, VSIP, Binh Hoa, Thuan An, Binh Duong
