Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the QA functions in the relevant section
- Plan, conduct and monitor risk management activities, testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality meets customer requirement
- Motivate subordinates to promote their job efficiency & maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates.
- Ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relevant procedures/ SOP (Standard operation procedure) and WI (Work instruction)
- Conduct quality meetings and review KPI with subordinates periodically for continued improvement
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Feedback & communicate with relevant parties on matters pertaining to product quality or process error for correction & prevention
- Work with the team to improve first pass yield (FPY), observed quality level (OQL), Lot Accept Rate (LAR)
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices
- Responsible for verifying corrective actions committed are implemented

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên. Ưu tiên có 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại bộ phận QA
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh.
- Kỹ năng tư duy logic. Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giải quyết vấn đề
