Assist the Deputy Vice President in managing and operating the company‘s business activities (Manufacturing fields) On behalf of the Deputy General Director to handle authorized affairs Give advice and support to the Vice General Director on the strategy of developing manufacturing segments and relevant segments. Manage, control, and monitor commercial contracts. Participate in customer/partner meetings in case of need. Participate in customer/partner meetings in case of need. Prepare documents, organize and follow up meetings between the Deputy General Director and the partner, departments, record the meeting minutes Convey the information of the Deputy General Director to the departments/units/branches and receive feedback Participate in domestic and international tasks with the international business team when required
