DEVELOP PROCUREMENT PLAN:
• Interface with HR, HSE, Production and Warehouse team to satisfy requirements.
• Cost saving management: control cost avoidance by negotiation a better price from the lowest price of at least 3 quotation suppliers.
• Act of advisor for Manager in terms of product, price, suppliers.
• Require related departments provide detail information & standard of Group.
MANAGE SUPPLIER SELECTION PROCESSES:
• Follow selection processes and criteria working with suppliers.
• Review accuracy of information gathered on potential suppliers that fulfill procurement requirements.
• Tracking supplier performance and improvement OTIF: delivery on time; in full and quality for importing FGs.
• Develop proposal development criteria to be used by prospective suppliers.
• Analyze list of suppliers based on prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best supplier bids.
• Conduct negotiations with preferred suppliers on contract terms and conditions.
MANAGE PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES:
• Receive purchase requests from HR & Admin Department; Bauli products; tools inventory and indirect machinery and equipment to support purchasing requisitions.
• Proceed to deliver the goods at the suppliers, negotiate the price to get the most reasonable price, then transfer the quotation to the head of the electromechanical, production, and warehouse department to consider and confirm the cost.
• Support the department about the delivery schedule.
• Tracking of Purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO).
• Carrying out procedures for delivery and receipt of goods at the point of sale and transfer of warehouse receipts, payment to the accountant.
• Make advance documents and payments to suppliers.
• Make periodic or irregular reports on the tasks in charge at the request of the Head of the Department

Yêu cầu công việc
• University/College graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in packaging material management.
• Good communication in English is preferred.
• Must have solid computer knowledge of MS Office, ERP Oracle and Subsystem.
• Commercial Law
• Principles of Contract Drafting/Contract Law.
• Knowledge of Toys and Equipment.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Inventory Control.
• Knowledge of Bidding Process and Pricing Strategy.
• Knowledge of Material Manufacturing Process and Specifications.
