(I)Daily
Responsible for supervising the team members to follow up the sample status.
Responsible for bulk production data, receiving cutting list, BOM, fabric check list, worksheet, packing method, production sample, PPS parcel, interlining report, fabric or garment test report, fabric shipping information ETC.
Responsible for monitoring the progress of materials signed and approved by guests.
Responsible for checking the trim approval card.
Responsible for preparing fabric card, trims card, balance sheet, packing list.
Responsible for T & A scheduling of bulk order and follow-up work according to scheduling.
Make good to use of resources, monitor costs, and exert work effectiveness.
Actively cooperate and implement the work instructions of superiors, including management, and complete each task efficiently and effectively.
Frequently maintain and improve work awareness and vigilance to prevent and avoid the consequences of work errors.
Complete the relevant work in accordance with the specified forms and reports.
In addition to the above-mentioned work scope, the job holder must perform and complete all related and legal work tasks assigned by superiors including management at any time, and shall not refuse.
(II)Weekly
Responsible for attending the production meeting once a week.
Responsible for following up the production progress and sending the data back to the customer every week.
Responsible for issue JOB# of bulk order according to the information provided by the Sales and input the required information onto WIP status document.
Contact the customer according to the production progress of the production department, arrange the customer to have a pre-production meeting, inline inspection, and final inspection.

This position belongs to the grass-roots job position of the merchandiser department, and its work is reported to the senior merchandiser, and IT is responsible for the assistant merchandiser subordinates.
According to the needs of the work, coordinate and cooperate with the sample room department, production department, Sales, and assume the corresponding coordination responsibilities.
