Mô tả công việc
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for packaging and production processes.
- Ensure precise BOM data management in the Odoo system, covering materials, dimensions, and specifications.
- Optimize packaging methods to minimize costs, maximize space efficiency, enhance product protection and comply with export regulations and reduce transit damages.
- Collaborate with suppliers to select high-quality packaging materials and maintain stringent quality control.
- Lead the CAD team in designing precise 3D models and comprehensive technical drawings.
- For seamless integration, develop and manage structured CAD libraries and coding systems within Odoo.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless component compatibility and manufacturability.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing technical team driven by expertise and innovation.
- Train, mentor, and empower team members with advanced technical skills and industry best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration and coordination across CAD, BOM, production, and procurement teams for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure data from the CAD team is sent out of the company or sent to related departments is correct

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
- Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques
- Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in CAD, Inventor, Solidworks software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in English.
- Have experience with Odoo ERP Systems (a plus)
