BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB :
• This position is responsible for setting up or monitor quality requirements for each production line; monitor production from materials to finished goods to ensure meet quality control and customer requirements; and continuous driving on production quality improvement and working on RMA reduction.
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Works under moderate supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement inspection for production process and product
• Supervise the daily production of production departments according to the relevant process documents
• Conduct quality data statistics, promote quality improvement
• Manage tasks assigned for shift or product lines with operators
• Follows established procedures on routine work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IN PROCESS 70%
1 • Conduct daily in process quality control to ensure QUALITY processes standard compliance.
2 • Take random samples to check, evaluate and maintain product quality on the line and outgoing.
3 • Enter test data into files and computer software.
4 • Report works results periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).
5 • Make sure the handover between shifts is done well. Problems that arise during a shift need to be clearly recorded so that they are not encountered in the next shift.
6 • Resolve arising problems, report to engineers to support resolution.
7 • Involve tracking non-conforming products, abnormal lot.
8 • Involve in process related quality issue.
9 • Participate in training when required.
10 • Responsible for maintaining the factory's environmental hygiene and 5S
SUPPORT 20%
1 • Support engineers in implementing improvement projects and solving problems.
2 • Support QE for customer complaint trouble shooting.
3 • Learn, understand and implement the Company's human resources policies, maintain a positive attitude and work well with colleagues.
4 • Complete assigned tasks well when required.
5 • Make sure all the corrective actions are well executed.

Yêu cầu công việc
JOB Educational Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate with Background technology majors, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, or other related disciplines.
Working
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 + years of Experience related experience
• Prefer have experience working at international company in production control, quality, engineering Special
• Can use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Abilities PowerPoint
• Basic in English reading / writing
• Can understand the work instructions, ocuments
• Can making report, problem solving
• Detect & investigate non-conformance point in process
• Experience in quality control, data statistical analysis, 8D, FMEA is preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 training is preferred
