Develop and implement control systems for automated processes.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical projects.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Monitor and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
Assist the maintenance team with complex electrical repairs and upgrades.
Process Optimization
Analyze electrical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement energy-efficient solutions and technologies to reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with the production team to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering and automation technology.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all electrical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical systems.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical equipment and processes.
Participate in safety audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Project Management
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and final project summaries.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve overall plant performance.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on electrical systems and best practices.
Others
Manage spare part with ERP system.
Accept maintenance requests and evaluate the maintenance performances.

Salary: Negotiable
Probation time: pay 100% based on full salary
Contribute compulsory insurance: based on full salary

* Office: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday: off)
* Factory: Monday to Saturday

Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment.
Experience in the plastics recycling industry is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and automation used in recycling processes.
Proficiency in using electrical design software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
