Cainiao P.A.T. Logistics Park - PMC looking for Senior Project Manager

Manage project scopes and overviewing projects’ deliveries and performance on a daily basis, in close collaboration with service delivery teams

Manage project budgets including billable hours and external costs, and responsible for timely invoicing

Prepare and update project documents/materials, timeframe, minutes of meetings, status reports, etc.

Conduct a post-project review and responding to notifications to ensure all jobs are on track and well-noticed by all related stakeholders

Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings

Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and notified across team’s members and direct leaders

Yêu cầu công việc

English, Chinese and Vietnamese are mandatory needed.

Computer science and supply chain related majors are preferred;

Familiar with logistics supply chain, supermarket industry knowledge, also related industry experience. A certain understanding of supply chain system OTWB (OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS) and related data products, besides, understanding of cloud services are preferred;

Good communication skills and understand Ability to assist the project manager in coordinating multiple resources to promote the smooth development of the project.

It is nice to have at least 3 years of working experience in product, implementation or project management, leading or deeply participating in the implementation process of more than 2 medium and large projects. Applicants holding PMP or senior project manager qualification certificates are preferred;
