*Job Purpose:
- Lead R&D projects from initiation to closure. Align plan and planning with team and stakeholders and implement the project accordingly. you will work in an international and innovative environment. As a project leader you will have a high degree of independence to shape the projects and drive them to success.
*Job Duties:
- Gather detailed product specifications from customers and clarify uncertainties with R&D and other related departments
- Define project time plan with clear milestones and phases; identify possible risks and at the same time derive measures for minimization
- Lead projects which are being developed and industrialized at Friwo Vietnam ·
- Manage project costs, project risks, product cost and resources ·
- Work closely with R&D, operations, quality and supply chain to meet the project deliverables
- Leading project teams with members from technical and commercial departments
- Reporting and other significant organizational relationships

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management fields, Preferable: Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management within product development and manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills, including expertise in planning, monitoring, controlling, and adjusting workflows as required- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- PMP certification (or similar) is an advantage.
- Leadership and good communication capability with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Other skills:
+ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese for effective international communication and team coordination
+ Able to read technical drawings.
