1. Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Assist in client outreach and follow-ups with distributors, resellers, and design professionals across EMEA.
- Support the sales team by coordinating pricing requests, quotations, and order tracking.
- Help maintain and update regional client databases and CRM systems to track opportunities.
2. Market Expansion & Research
- Conduct market research to identify new sales channels and regional trends in furniture design.
- Gather and provide customer insights to refine regional offerings.
- Support the execution of regional sales strategies and assist in business growth efforts.
3. Trade Shows & Brand Visibility
- Assist in planning and executing regional trade shows, events, and showroom activations.
- Prepare materials for presentations, client meetings, and distributor onboarding.
- Represent the brand professionally at industry functions, supporting the senior team in networking efforts.
4. Internal Coordination & Operations
- Collaborate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to localize content and promotional efforts for the EMEA market.
- Maintain regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for internal teams.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work in diverse cultural environments.
- Experience in B2B sales, architecture, or design industry is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of European or Middle Eastern markets is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience working with North American markets is preferred but not required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and execution.
- Comfortable working across time zones and with a remote HQ.
