1. Motivating Department Staff and make them to achieve company goals / KPI and maintain it continuously with make work floor smooth, (maintain fit approvals 90%, PP approvals 100% ) . Improve and Maintain sewing efficiency. Maintain the 5S entire Department. Operation break down on time
2. Focus on different developments and requirements of Customers and make it production feasible within the given time., communicate with internal and external customers to make work flow smooth, attending pre sample meeting and risk assessment meeting. Critical path meeting. Analyzing sketches and samples, understanding customer requirements and guiding the team to develop samples accordingly, ensuring the viability of bulk production. Conceptualizing and creating marketable and production-viable product prototypes to expand the offered product portfolio.Method innovation
3. Deciding on all technical specifications for the garment including the construction and operation sequence, and the machine, attachment and work methods, so as to meet the customer’s expectations by taking all practical considerations into account.
4. Controlling department over roll cost specially over time.
5. Coordinating and leading all meetings, following-up on all pre-production activities to proactively identify and solve all technical and operational issues related to new products, whilst ensuring that operations in bulk production flow smoothly, taking initiative for the process flow from the point of product development to the pilot run
6. Working closely with the Division manager and the production manager on order inquiries, assessing the do-ability of the product, advising on resource requirements (such as machines, attachments and skills) and providing feedback to the merchandisers on order acceptance
7. Developing the base size patterns for the products and advising the team on grading, so as to develop size-wise pattern sets required for subsequent processes
8. Analyzing material and trimming consumption; cutting-ratios to provide consumption information for orders.
9. Following-up the delivery of the sample materials with the merchants, so as to facilitate the timely preparation of samples.
10. Supervising the preparation of markers in the cutting process, and ensuring that all fabric is utilized at its optimum.
11. Providing technical advice (sewing techniques, critical quality points etc.) to relevant staff and resolving critical day to day operational and technical issues in coordination with the production teams to facilitate the smooth transition of the production process.
12. Analyzing sketches and samples, understanding customers requirement and guiding the team to develop samples accordingly, ensuring viability for bulk production.

14. Working closely with the plant managers and the production manager on order inquiries , assessing the do-ability of the product ,advising on resource requirements (such as machines , attachments , and skills) and providing feedback to the merchandisers on order acceptance
15. Ensuring that all relevant information is maintained accurately and all required management reports and documents are prepared and submit timely manner.
16. Other duties as assigned by the manager
