Mô tả công việc
1. Job Objective:
- Manage and lead furniture product sample development projects from concept to mass production.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and meet customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and relevant departments.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement furniture product sample development projects.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Research market trends, design trends, and new materials to propose innovative ideas.
- Develop technical drawings, 3D designs, and related documentation.
- Monitor and manage the sample production process, ensuring quality and progress.
- Work with production, engineering, and purchasing departments to ensure effective project execution.
- Resolve issues that arise during project implementation.
- Report project progress and results to superiors and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Wood Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
+ Experience working in the furniture industry, especially in sample development.
+ Experience in project management and working with customers.
+ Experience in reading and designing technical drawings.
- Skills:
+ In-depth knowledge of interior design, materials, and production processes.
+ Ability to read and design technical drawings.
+ Project management, planning, and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in English.
+ Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
+ Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software.
