Building Brand Presence on TikTok:
Develop ideas for content, visuals, and videos for advertising campaigns and product promotions.
Create and grow engaging content on TikTok that aligns with current trends and audience preferences.
Strategize and manage the company’s TikTok channel; monitor and update content to ensure it remains attractive and relevant to trending topics.
Contribute creative ideas to improve and develop products, enhancing overall brand recognition.
Planning and Building Sales Strategy on TikTok Shop:
Analyze the market, develop plans, and implement sales strategies on TikTok Shop.
Identify, build, and negotiate relationships with KOLs/KOCs and affiliate partners to expand marketing efforts via creator networks.
Prepare regular performance reports (monthly, quarterly) for the CEO, stay updated on TikTok’s sales policies and market trends.Support livestream sessions to introduce products, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the editing team to adjust visuals and videos to better match audience preferences when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, especially in operating TikTok channels.
Solid knowledge of e-commerce platform operations, marketing, and advertising on TikTok.
Good command of English in a professional setting (communication, reporting, reading materials).
Strategic thinking with the ability to create engaging and brand-aligned video content.
Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Strong English communication skills are a plus.
Ability to build effective channel development strategies and deep understanding of user behavior on TikTok.
