Molex Vietnam has been operating its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m2 and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high-tech products, such as high-speed cables and optical devices.

Primary Purpose:

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of HR services that support and enhance the performance of assigned functions. It also includes active involvement in headcount planning, internal employee relations (ER) initiatives, the performance review process, and the promotion of a Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR insights to line managers on people-related business matters such as capability development, productivity, organizational structure, workplace culture, and employee relations.

• Partner with the Department Supervisor to offer daily HR consultation and support to line management.

• Collaborate with the HR Solutions team to manage and maintain the myHR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data and transactions.

Requirement

Education:

Required: University degree

Preferred: Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Languages

Work Experience:

Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills

Excellent command of English

Effective presentation and public speaking abilities

High energy with the ability to manage urgent and diverse tasks

Open-minded, results-driven, and collaborative
