Mô tả công việc
- Serve as a contact for English-speaking international customers, Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documentation.
- Follow up export orders accurately and coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams.
- Track shipments and proactively update customers on order status and delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the export sales team to support business development and customer retention.
- Stay informed about international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or export operations, preferably in the steel or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, trade documentation, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
