Raise Sales Orders/Purchase Orders and follow orders with relevant departments.
2. Coordinate with the Export & Import team to ensure the inbound/outbound document/invoice is corrected with the suggested shipment plan.
3. Preparing master data, tracking AR and AP daily/weekly, following credit limit, and approval matrix.
4. Track the progress and handle reports of Shipment plan/SO/PO/Stock Balance Report weekly/monthly.
5. Proactively work with Stakeholders to ensure the required tasks/works are completed in time
6. Experienced in Logistics process, Incoterms & International trade
7. Other assignments by the line manager or next managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
Experienced in SAP/ERP systems, sales administration, order management.
Prefer candidates with Bachelor’s degree in business administration management/foreign trade/Logistics & Supply chain management/ Industrial System or Similar education.
Strong communication & commands of English.
Computing: Microsoft office (Words/Excel/PP file), SAP systems, Customs systems
Skills: teamwork, Problem-solving.
Interpersonal, analytical thinking skills
Problem Solving & Decision-making skills
Negotiation and Communication skills
Excellent communication skills, international documentation skills.
