Mô tả công việc

Product Development:

- Develop new category / product concepts and designs aligned with the company's brand strategy. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with internal teams to determine product assortment, key categories, and technical specifications.

Packaging Design:

- Work with packaging design teams to create visually appealing and functional packaging designs.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and implementation of plans with operations and related departments. Report to direct manager the Development Plan & Progress.

Sourcing:

- Dentify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers that match Company standard and product requirements.

- Conduct serveral test, pre-audits and audits to ensure compliance with company COC and

Factory standards.

- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers. Ensure Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands

- Manage the sourcing process from initial contact to final production.

Supplier Managements

- Build and maintain win-win relationship and network with suppliers

- Ensure suppliers have the capacity to provide product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards

- Oversee the entire product development process to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

- Conduct quality inspections and address any quality issues.

- Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary.

- Coordinate with Supplier Management Department for relevant matters.

- Report to direct manager the Supplier Performance

Sales and Gross Profit:

- Develop and implement strategies to archive sales and profitability (Neire , Gross Profit) for private brand products.

- Manage product costs, including manufacturing, inventory, and transportation.

- Conduct monthly sales reviews and develop sales plans to achieve targets.

- Propose effective promotion plans to drive sales.

- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize write-offs.

- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for Supervisors and staff.

- Report to direct manager the Sales & GP Plan

Other Duties:

- Any necessary task that is assigned by direct managers and deemed important from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

3-year experience in retail or manufacture industry with the same category.

Degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications

Good planning , organizing and timing-management skills. Acknowledge of the markets, relevant laws and regulations

Problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks

Details-Oriented results with Analytical ability

Communication skills, coordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job

Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral). Japanese language is preferred.
