Bulk recipe checking
Increase RFT (right first time) ratio in Dyeing;
Check RFT of each recipe;
Ensure input recipe of Dyeing;
Track trial batch;
Tracking and solving fabric abnormal
Find out the NG reason for each batch;
Follow data for next batch improvement;
Collect and analyze data to report and provide improvement plan.
Other job assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: College degree above in major: Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Textiles Engineering, or related field;
Experience: From 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry, experience in the Textiles and/or Dyeing manufacturing is preferred;
Language: Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus;
Knowledge & Skill: Dyeing/ Finishing knowledge, detail, carefulness, and innovation.
Coordinate working time, overtime according to production demand.
