Mô tả công việc
- This position is responsible for process standardization, control, and optimization and cultivating a continuous improvement culture.
* Responsibilities
* Standardization, Process Analysis, and Improvement:
- Workstation design and improvement: Visual control, layout, WIP, ergonomics, supporting tools
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Utilize Lean tools and techniques to map value streams, identify value-added activities, and eliminate non-value-added steps.
- Evaluate the capability of the machine and process in order to do WIP standardization
- Join the T1/T2 synergy project: synergy process and setup between the fabric mill and garment factory to improve productivity
* Lean knowledge worker training, Kaizen culture building
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives to drive rapid, sustainable change.
- Train and coach team members on Lean principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation of 6S methodologies to create a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
* Factory introduction:
- Factory marketing to customer while visiting

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean-related majors
- Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and analysis tools
- Years of Work Experience: 3 years
- Technical Skills: Lean knowledge
- Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
