Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands and operational targets.
- Create and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align planning with material availability and order requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess stock while avoiding production delays.
- Analyze production data and forecast demand to optimize capacity and reduce lead times.
- Implement and maintain ERP and other planning tools for real-time tracking and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the planning team to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve planning issues promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in denim, textile, or garment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning systems, ERP software, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in or near Dong Nai Industrial Zones.
- Familiarity with denim manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
