WHAT YOU WILL DO:
CÔNG VIỆC CỦA BẠN
• Develop and implement the company’s short, medium, and long-term strategies.
Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược ngắn hạn, trung hạn và dài hạn của công ty.
• Lead, organize, and supervise all business, production, financial, and human resource activities.
Lãnh đạo, tổ chức và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh, sản xuất, tài chính và nhân sự.
• Manage and optimize the use of the company’s capital, assets, and human resources.
Quản lý và tối ưu việc sử dụng vốn, tài sản và nguồn nhân lực của công ty.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and key business agreements.
Đại diện công ty trong các cuộc đàm phán, hợp tác và các thỏa thuận kinh doanh quan trọng.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and government authorities.
Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với đối tác, khách hàng và cơ quan quản lý nhà nước.
• Develop, foster, and preserve the company culture and core values.
Phát triển, gìn giữ và duy trì văn hóa công ty và các giá trị cốt lõi.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật và các quy định nội bộ.
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to the Board of Directors on business performance and company operations.
Báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất cho Tập Đoàn về tình hình kinh doanh và hoạt động của công ty.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or related fields).
Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (ưu tiên các ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Tài chính, Luật hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan).
• Experience: At least 10 years of management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior executive roles.
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý, trong đó có ít nhất 5 năm ở vị trí lãnh đạo cấp cao.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate governance, markets, finance, and legal frameworks.
Kiến thức: Hiểu biết sâu rộng về quản trị doanh nghiệp, thị trường, tài chính và khung pháp lý.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and people management skills.
Kỹ năng: Lãnh đạo xuất sắc, hoạch định chiến lược, ra quyết định và quản lý con người hiệu quả.
• Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and crisis management abilities.
Năng lực: Giao tiếp, đàm phán, xây dựng mạng lưới quan hệ và xử lý khủng hoảng tốt.
• Languages: Fluent in English (Spainish or other foreign languages are a plus).
Ngôn ngữ: Thành thạo tiếng Anh (biết thêm tiếng Tây Ban Nha hoặc ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế).
