Mô tả công việc

* Position Summary:

- The purpose of this position is to promote and sustain a safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) related problems. These problems include but are not limited to the prevention of human injury and unsafe working conditions/practices. This position will manage and oversee the HSE to achieve the operational objectives for a factory in Tien Nga B11.

* Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.

- Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.

- Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onsite training and HSE program, emergency response systems, etc.

- Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Factory Manager, HSE Head for promulgation to the management.

- Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Department, Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Plan Head and HODs.

- Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees, guest and contractor at all levels.

- Carry out a safety - health - environmental risk assessment to detect potential hazards and make plans for remediation.

- Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.

- Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required by Department Head & Factory Manager.

- Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

* Authority:

- Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.

- To be entitled to request and recommend superior innovation, and improvements in work.

* Qualification, Competencies Requirements - Education: Graduated from College, University with specialization in HSE or related field. - Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HSE. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Key Behavioral/ Leadership Competencies - Detail & Carefulness - Analytic ability, and very detail oriented. - Good communication & negotiation skills. * Key Soft Skills - English skills: Good communication - Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Outstanding time management skills * Key Technical Competencies - Have knowledge of HSE - Creative thinking and problem-solving ability - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes * Other Priority Competencies/Skills - Self-motivation - High Sense of Responsibility - Able to work independently and meticulously.
