Mô tả công việc
Ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and issuance of yarn materials in compliance with internal procedures and FOB manufacturing requirements.
* Warehouse Operations
Supervise daily operations of the yarn warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing yarn to production.
Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure no expired/damaged materials are used.
* Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical vs. system data.
* Team Management
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
Ensure all operations comply with safety and 5S standards.
* Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, QA, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Generate regular reports on stock status, material movement, and warehouse performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
College degree or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
At least 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
Experience managing yarn warehouse in FOB garment/textile factories is required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiar with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Good at English (both verbal & written)
Working in factory warehouse environment with shift work if required.
