Mô tả công việc
Content Creation:
Craft engaging, authentic contents that align with innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms to showcase Cốc Cốc's culture, values, and employee experiences;
Engage with employees to gather stories and testimonials that demonstrate the unique aspects of working at Cốc Cốc;
Collaborate and work closely with Creative Design and other team members to produce appropriate branding visual for each content project;
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication channels and social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engagement Activities:
Assist in the execution of company events and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees, ensuring they align with Cốc Cốc’s employer brand;
Support in other HR activities for better employee experience;
Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Final year students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or a related majors; preferably able to work full-time for a duration of 3 months;
Have hand-on experience in creating content/branding is a big plus;
Growth mindset; event management skill;
High commitment with deadline and quality of output;
Communication and teamwork.
