Job description
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development.
Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams to align product goals with business objectives.
Conduct data-driven decision-making using market research, analytics, and customer feedback.
Prioritize product backlog and feature development based on business impact and customer needs.
Ensure successful product launches, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success.
Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric product approach.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or Technology.
3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proven ability to develop and launch products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in customer research, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Certifications/Licenses (Nice to Have): Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
