* Technology Implementation & Integration
- Lead projects related to automation (robotics, conveyors, AMRs, AS/RS) and smart warehouse systems.
- Work with IT and Maintenance teams to integrate new technologies with existing WMS, IoT, and data platforms.
- Support AI and machine learning initiatives, such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and real-time performance monitoring.
- Ensure smooth system deployment with minimal disruption to operations.
* Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to identify process bottlenecks, optimize layouts, and improve material flow.
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to support proactive decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and operational transparency.
* Project Planning & Management
- Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage complex, multi-phase projects.
- Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business priorities.
- Manage project budgets, monitor ROI, and control capital expenditures.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining execution speed and quality.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with automation vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between internal departments (Warehouse, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners.
- Negotiate and coordinate technical requirements, service levels, and implementation schedules.
* Change Management & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams through technological and operational transitions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, practical terms to non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support training and engagement initiatives to help employees adapt to new systems and technologies.
* Reporting & Evaluation
- Track and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
- Present project outcomes, ROI analysis, and improvement results to senior management.
- Recommend further enhancements or scalability options based on results and feedback.
