Mô tả công việc

* Machine Operation: - Operate gravity separators, sieve machines, color sorting machines, and multi-scan machines. - Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation. - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime. * Quality Control: - Ensure all pistachios meet the quality standards by performing regular inspections. - Identify and remove defective products using color sorting and multi-scan machines. * Documentation: - Accurately fill out production and maintenance logs. - Document any issues or malfunctions with machinery and report to the supervisor. * Safety and Compliance: - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. - compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. - Participate in safety training sessions and drills. * Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production processes. - Communicate effectively with the production supervisor and other operators. * Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education: - Engineering diploma or degree - Technical training or certification in machinery operation is a plus. * Experience: - Experience Proven experience operating and troubleshooting gravity separators, sieve machines, color sorting machines, and multi-scan machines - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Skilled requirement: - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents. - Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. * Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. * Work Environment: - The role involves working in a production environment where there is exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. - Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.
