Mô tả công việc

* Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the factory

Sửa chữa và bảo trì máy móc thiết bị trong nhà máy

- Receive unexpected repair requests from departments / Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu sửa chữa đột xuất từ các bộ phận;

- Plan and implement repair and recovery procedures / Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các quy trình sửa chữa và khôi phục thiết bị;

- Analyze incident causes, propose solutions and report results / Phân tích nguyên nhân sự cố, đề xuất giải pháp và báo cáo kết quả.

* Perform preventive maintenance

Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa

- Monitor, clean, check, measure condition, calibrate and replace machine parts according to plan / Theo dõi, vệ sinh, kiểm tra, đo lường tình trạng, hiệu chuẩn và thay thế các bộ phận máy theo kế hoạch;

- Responsible for the operational performance of assigned machinery and equipment / Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất vận hành của máy móc và thiết bị được phân công;

- Proactively monitor status, recommend spare materials/spare parts to ensure the schedule level of maintenance plan / Chủ động theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị, đề xuất vật tư/phụ tùng thay thế để đảm bảo tiến độ kế hoạch bảo trì;

- Proactively propose work and schedules for maintenance plans / Chủ động đề xuất công việc và lịch trình cho kế hoạch bảo trì.

* Monitor the progress of warranty and repair supplies/parts from outside the factory

Theo dõi tiến độ bảo hành và sửa chữa vật tư/phụ tùng từ bên ngoài nhà máy

- Regularly update warranty and repair progress to ensure on schedule / Thường xuyên cập nhật tiến độ bảo hành và sửa chữa để đảm bảo đúng kế hoạch;

- Respond to management if there is a delay or related to safety, quantity or quality after warranty or repair / Báo cáo cho cấp quản lý nếu có chậm trễ hoặc các vấn đề liên quan đến an toàn, số lượng hoặc chất lượng sau khi bảo hành hoặc sửa chữa.

* Participate in building data/training documents, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), other processes

Tham gia xây dựng dữ liệu/tài liệu đào tạo, SOP (Quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn) và các quy trình khác

* Perform renovation and new installation tasks

Thực hiện các công việc cải tiến và lắp đặt mới

- Participate in the installation of new machinery and equipment / Tham gia lắp đặt máy móc và thiết bị mới;

- Participate in modifying, improving, and optimizing processes and performance of machinery and equipment / Tham gia sửa đổi, cải tiến và tối ưu hóa quy trình cũng như hiệu suất của máy móc và thiết bị.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education: Bachelor's degree, major: Electrical, Automation or related fields;

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Tự động hóa hoặc các ngành liên quan.

* Language: Can read and understand documents in English;

Ngoại ngữ: Có khả năng đọc và hiểu tài liệu bằng tiếng Anh.

* Experience: Over 5 years of experience, particularly in the Textile - Dyeing Industry is preferred;

Kinh nghiệm: Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Dệt – Nhuộm.

* Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of equipment and automation processes, electrical switching equipment, electrical control, and electrodynamics, hydraulic system equipment, pneumatic systems, thermal valves, and high pressure pumps, standards and regulations for installation and use of electrical equipment;

Kiến thức chuyên môn: Có kiến thức về thiết bị và quy trình tự động hóa, thiết bị đóng cắt điện, điều khiển điện và điện động lực, thiết bị hệ thống thủy lực, hệ thống khí nén, van nhiệt, bơm áp lực cao; hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn và quy định trong lắp đặt và sử dụng thiết bị điện.

* Skills: Diagnostic and repair, managing a group of over 8 people, presentation and training.

Kỹ năng: Kỹ năng chẩn đoán và sửa chữa, quản lý nhóm trên 8 người, thuyết trình và đào tạo.
