Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for managing bearing manufacturing operations during the shift and leading a team of ~30 operators to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Ensure safety, quality, and stable production operations during the shift.
- Supervise operators and maintain 5S and discipline on the production line.
- Monitor production status and handle process abnormalities or equipment issues.
- Conduct shift handover, safety checks, and daily shift meetings.
- Follow up open issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support team skill development and training activities.

- Graduated from technical college, major in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering, etc
- Have at least 2 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant, referable for
who have experience in CNC processing or bearing industry
- Process management: Plan/Do/Check/Action, KPI, ect.
- Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
- English, communication and reading technical documents
- Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
- Results/Cost Orientation
- Project/ Task Management
- Basic knowleadge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
