Mô tả công việc
Preparing of all import and export documents, continuously improving the import and export operation procedures for customs declaration, and ensuring the efficiency of customs clearance.
Manage and control logistics customs operation costs of import and export business, improve the utility of resources, manage logistics suppliers, compare prices, coordinate and arrange logistics suppliers to provide services according to different needs.
According to customs standards, sorted out daily business data, set up corresponding risk control points, improved risk management and archived relevant documents;
Manage import and export information, develop HS CODE, and ensure accurate classification;
Be responsible for filing, alteration, verification and accounting book verification of processing trade electronic manual.
Organize and implement the understanding of the changes of customs and commodity inspection policies, regulations and rules, and timely feedback information to relevant departments and customers;
Establish communication channels such as customs and government Commerce Department to ensure smooth business process and implementation of relevant policies.
Monitor and update knowledge on regulations and policies related to Non EPE enterprises, ensuring company operations align with current legal requirements.
Support internal departments in understanding the implications of Non EPE status on import-export operations and logistics planning.
In charge of department KPI and take action to achieve KPI.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong system-oriented mindset
Experience in import, export, and logistics operations.
Familiar with import and export customs policies, HS codes, able to develop preventive measures for customs clearance risks.
Experience or knowledge of customs procedures and compliance requirements for Non EPE enterprises is a strong advantage.
Ability to work closely with customs officials and relevant government agencies to facilitate smooth customs clearance and business operations.
Good command of English
