* SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Analyze business performance across operations, finance, supply chain, and HR.
- Support management with data-driven insights and reports.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support cross-functional projects and decision-making.
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze data from various sources (ERP, HR, Finance, Operations).
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis on KPIs, trends, and performance gaps.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Support management in evaluating business cases, scenarios, and investment decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and assumptions.
- Present analysis results and insights to management in a clear

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
