Conduct deep-dive technical analysis into production defects and process failures using tools such as Fishbone, 5 Whys, and FMEA.
Process Optimization: Monitor and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and product quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead meetings with Production, R&, and Maintenance departments to develop and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Data-Driven Improvement: Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce scrap rates and improve yield.
Quality Standards: Ensure all improvements comply with ISO standards and internal quality management systems.
Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports on quality metrics and the ROI of improvement projects for the management team.
