Care and place order all trims order for Customer
Contact with supplier to negotiate the ETD/ETA to catching with the sewing date.
Making trimcard /lapdip for factory/FOB team
Input the Data to ERP
Updating the Balance sheets
Contact the supplier for a quote, compare prices
Following up all materials for production.
Settle all payment everymonth
Following up all materials for production.
Checking Purchase orders for correct prices, product specification…before sending to suppliers
Contacting with supplier and other department for the correct materials as Buyer requested.
Count thread consumption + making mock-up
Collect invoice and process payment for supplier based on payment term( before /after payment or monthly payment)
