* Here's the English version: - JOB OPENING: GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR - OKIA Optical Vietnam Co., Ltd. (OVN) - Work location: Lots D10–D11, Thuan Dao Extended Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province - Industry: Eyewear manufacturing for export (100% foreign-invested – Hong Kong) - Level: Supervisor - Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications - Employment type: Full-time * JOB DESCRIPTION - Establishing the administrative & general affairs system - Build internal procedures, regulations, and the General Affairs management system from the ground up. - Establish mechanisms for asset management, document control, and corporate records archiving. - Administrative procedures & legal compliance - Carry out and monitor administrative procedures; obtain licenses and permits related to the company's and factory's operations. - Work directly with government authorities and the Industrial Park Management Board. - Prepare documentation for inspections and audits by regulatory agencies.- Facilities & services management - Manage the office, equipment, and fixed assets. - Work with contractors and external service providers (security, cleaning, canteen, shuttle transportation, etc.). - Budget management - Source, select, and evaluate suppliers and service providers. - Monitor expenses; prepare and control the budget for the administrative – general affairs function. - Setup phase coordination - Participate in preparing office infrastructure before the factory officially commences operations. - Coordinate across departments to resolve issues arising during the initial construction and setup phase.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related fields preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration – General Affairs at manufacturing or trading companies. - Mandatory: hands-on experience setting up an administrative system and general affairs procedures from scratch, or direct involvement in a new factory setup. Candidates with FDI company experience are preferred. - The role requires frequent travel during the initial phase to work directly with government agencies and the Industrial Park Management Board on documentation and licensing procedures; candidates must be able to meet this requirement. - Strong skills in independent work, problem-solving, and negotiation with suppliers and authorities. - Proficient in MS Office; English / Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
