Mô tả công việc
* Production Planning & Coordination
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and - Production departments to ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
- Track and update production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed based on actual situations.
* Inventory & Material Control
- Review raw material and finished goods inventory regularly to minimize shortages or excess.
- Work with Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials based on forecast and lead time.
- Coordinate with Warehouse team to manage safety stock levels.
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count when required.
* Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily and weekly production progress reports to submit to the General Manager (GM).
- Analyze output performance, productivity, and material usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring planning integrity and traceability.
* Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the key coordinator between Sales and Production to align production capacity with customer requirements.
- Schedule and lead meetings with relevant departments to review progress and address delays.
- Liaise with QA, Engineering, and Production teams regarding changes in BOM, processes, or quality issues affecting the plan.
* Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide planning staff in daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide training and coaching where needed to enhance team competency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend development plans for team members.
* Other tasks assigned by Planning Manager/General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production planning or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP/SAP systems, production processes, and materials management.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and good command of data analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multi-tasking.
