HR Strategy & Organization: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; oversee organizational structure, workforce planning, manpower, and capability development to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.
Talent & Leadership Development: Lead competency management, Talent Review, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong talent pipeline.
Performance Management: Lead KPI, performance management, and employee appraisal systems to drive organizational and individual performance.
Talent Acquisition & L&D: Develop talent acquisition and workforce development strategies; ensure effective recruitment, learning, capability building, and leadership development.
C&B & HR Operations: Lead compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, payroll, HRIS, and HR operations, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant people practices.
People Analytics & Employee Relations: Leverage HR data and analytics for decision-making; ensure labor law compliance and effectively manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and Trade Union coordination.
Culture & Engagement: Build and strengthen corporate culture aligned with Company values and business strategy; promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive working environment.
HR–Admin–IT Leadership: Lead and develop the HR–Admin–IT function, including administration/site services and IT infrastructure/support, ensuring effective operational support and business continuity.
Governance, Budget & Risk Management: Manage HR–Admin–IT policies, processes, systems, budget, costs, and risks; drive continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Management Team; provide data-driven insights and recommendations, proactively identifying and escalating key issues related to workforce, talent, organization, culture, labor costs, IT, and administration.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Economics, Industrial Management, Pedagogy, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior management; experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is preferred.
HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR Strategy, Organization Development, Talent Management, C&B/Total Rewards, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Labor Relations, Labor Law, HRIS, and People Analytics.
Business & Governance: Good understanding of corporate governance, organizational structure, business processes, and factors affecting business effectiveness.
Labor & Employee Relations: Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation, social insurance, and employee-related regulations, with the ability to effectively manage, resolve, and advise on employee relations matters.
Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership, organization, delegation, control, and people development capabilities.
Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills across organizational levels.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to align people strategy with business strategy, develop long-term solutions, analyze data, assess risks, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Management Systems: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and relevant management systems is an advantage.
English & Technology: Good English communication and professional working proficiency; proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS, HR Analytics, ERP, and other HR technology tools.
