Mô tả công việc
- Lead the quality assurance function so that that all the organization ’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
- Evaluate the results of quality assurance activities and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to the organization’s manufacturing processes, systems, technology, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.
- Liaise with external suppliers (for example, equipment vendors and raw material suppliers) to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals (for example, IQC, OQC, In Process engineers) to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards. Establish Quality and Environment system follow ISO 9001 & 14001. And apply ISO training and orientation for new hire.
- Lead the engineering team which focus on SMT, Wire harness, Injection Plastic molding area to Implement and monitor engineering strategies, policies and plans. Interpreting plans, drawing, and specification and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve production requirements.
- Establishing project schedules and budgets. Ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standards
- Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety,
- timeliness and performance are observed. Overseeing maintenance requirements to optimize efficiency.
- Liaising with marketing, research and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design
- Contributing to research and development projects.
- Establishes and monitors processes so that continuous improvement is achieved at all engineer level.
- Develops quality plans for both quality and engineering operations.
- Monitors team and individual performance targets, provide performance feedback and participates in the selection of talent staff. Allocates roles and responsibilities to staff to achieve engineering plans. Manages risks and contingencies.
- Ensures the adherence to ethical, OH&S and quality standards and manages the workplace culture so that staff work in a continual learning environment.
- Ensures the provision of skills and competencies requested to meet business targets. Provides engineering analysis to contribute to the development of strategic plans and sustainability. Provides advice on engineering related costs and risks.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduation, major in Electronics/Machinery Engineering
- At least 5 year experiences in QC/QA
- Have work experience in production company related with electronic, electric, automotive industry.
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and/or Access).
- Good at Written and Spoken English
- Highly motivated and work under high pressure
