Mô tả công việc
1. Primary Objectives of Position:
- To ensure relevant Quality master / supports as a total in the whole factory in meeting set key performance indicators for product and process quality
- Implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Check compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Tests, checks, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Carrying out writing technical and management systems reports.
- Follow up the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
- Compare the product specifications of the company and its suppliers with customer requirements.
- Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
- Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers’ charters.
- Gather relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Other duties assigned by Factory Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 05 years experience in Garment Industrial, experience in quality system audits.
- Good at English skills
- Can plan and manage a small quality group- Sound knowledge in production, production planning and control, can handle washing works; • Good at leadership, communication skills,
- Excellent management skills, analyzing & solving problems skills, planning & organizing skills.
- Strong leader ship skills
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Outspoken and proactive
- Problem Solving and Make Decision Skill
- Communication and Listening Skill
- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing Processes and its quality requirements/ standards is preferable
- Results oriented, discipline and a good team player
- Experience in setting up garment/textile production in new factory is preferable
- Hands on approach
- Highly self-motivated
