Mô tả công việc
- Checking and obtaining approval of purchase requisitions
- Receipt or requests for repairs and services and scheduling
- Calling for quotations & Selection of suppliers
- Preparation of internal requirement sheet and obtaining approval of quotations
- Negotiating prices and delivery terms
- Creating PO's and obtaining approval
- Placing of orders and order follow up
- Arrange purchase and service contracts
- Liaising with internal customer departments of requirement and deliveries
- Arranging transportation for delivery of goods to various plants
- Receive invoice and complete GRN
- Get approval of GRN and pass on to Finance
- Arrange documents for payment and follow up on supplier payments
- Look at process improvements to save purchasing cost
- Look at product spec modifications to improve pricing
- Negotiate and nominate forwarders for inward freight
- Negotiate export air freight rates
- Represent FGL at group procurement initiatives
- Negotiate and arrange delivery methods to suite FGL with raw material suppliers
- Follow cash advance and settle
- Negotiate bulk discounts with raw material suppliers
- Implement 5S in Purchasing dept.
