- Review the issueing and practicing effective policies
- Develop, review KPIs
- Participate in activities related to the factory system: Security CT-PAT, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Lean, …
- Addressing policy regime.
- Build relationships and communication channels internal - external connections efficiently.
* Candidates with 06 months working in District 12, HCMC. HCM. Planning operating scale factory employees in 5000 Long Thanh, Dong Nai plant when the factory go into operation.
Work at Lộc An Industrial Zone, Bình Sơn, Long Thành, Đồng Nai

* Experience / Skills Detail
- Bachelor Degree Law / Human resource/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fluently English or Chinese

* Other requirements
- Vietnamese only
- Age: 35-45 years old
- At least 05 years experience in similar position. Prefer candidates have experience in the Human resource Manager at company size > 3000 employees
- Soft skills: decision making, problem solving.
- No smoking for Male
- Ability to training
- Internal assessment
- Establish objectives and measurable results indicators KPIs.
- Methods of evaluating the results of the work.
- Director of HR or HR Manager
- The written law and apply the law in practice.
