* Job Purpose or Summary
- Be responsible for helping Senior Treasury/ Finance Manager to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objective of the company.
* Main Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior to manage and supervise all aspects of the company’s cash flow.
- Ensure there are sufficient funds on daily basis.
- Maintaining treasury cash flow forecasts to support short term investment and loan decisions.
- Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information
- Develop and manage relationships with financial services providers, including but not limited to banks and bond holders.
- Evaluating banking products and services.
- Perform debt administration duties; review and interpret bank loan and corporate bond related documents; keep record of all financing related transactions including all contracts, principal, and interest repayment schedules; maintain and update list of collateral assets; ensure that the company is in compliance with the stated covenants and other commitments with debt holders.
- Identify cost saving opportunities/ internal control improvement from Treasury perspective.
- Prepare periodic reports with respect to the company treasury function’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the management.
- Responsible for developing strong relationship with other teams in relation to treasury activities
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Senior/ Finance Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- BS degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant function (Retail industry is a plus).
- Strong skills of analyzing cash flows and liquidity forecasts;
- Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX and various financial instruments;
- Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments;
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants;
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team;
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information;
- Excellent time management and organizational ability;
- High level of attention to details;
